Channel Islands - as UK but incurs an additional handling fee of £3.00 due to customs documents

Ceramics are packed with great care, fortunately breakages are very rare but for very fragile items we highly recommend that customer collects.​
Delivery overseas
Carriage is at cost and calculated on size, weight and destination of parcel.
An initial fee of £25 is set at checkout for all international orders.
The parcel is then prepared and costed for posting, after which a secure email will then be issued requesting the balance before dispatch.

Prints shipped internationally are sent unframed and packed well to ensure safe arrival. All are clearly labelled and sent tracked.
Insurance against LOSS ONLY can be arranged and is advised.
Originals are packed by our specialist international art couriers. Insurance against damage and loss can also be arranged.

Refunds on international orders will be made minus the transaction fee which varies from country to country.
Returns
Returns: Due to the nature of our stock, many items being one off art pieces, we do not accept returns unless in exceptional circumstances or unless faulty.
Books are non returnable.
